St. Barbara's Administrator - Marcy Farinacci

Marcy Farinacci

Administrator

Marcy began working in Long Term Care as a Licensed Social Worker after graduating with honors from Fairmont State College with a BS degree in Community Psychology in 1997. With over 20 years of experience as a Social Services Director, she became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2018. In addition to her administrative role, Marcy also currently serves as a Board member for the West Virginia Health Care Association.

David Walker, LSW

As a graduate of Fairmont State University, David has over 30 years of experience working with families and the elderly. David’s new adventure began September 11, 2023 when he was honored to except the position of Social Service Director here at Saint Barbaras’s. As a Licensed Social Worker David enjoys helping residents and their families, his door is always open to everyone. David is available to answer questions and assist residents and their families with their Social Service needs.

 
 
 

Jason Scranage

Certified Dietary Manager

Jason became a Certified Dietary Manger in 2012. Alongside a truly dedicated team of food service workers, Jason strives to ensure a good variety of delicious menu items are prepared for both the residents and staff of St. Barbara’s on a daily basis. Jason not only has an amazing work ethic, but takes great pride in the meals he serves!

Traci Bundy

Business Office Manager

As a graduate of Fairmont State with an Accounting Degree, Traci began her career at St. Barbara’s in 2019 with over 28 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Being no stranger to the ins and outs of the often-complex workings of medical billing / insurance verification, Traci is available to answer any questions and assist our residents and family members as needed.

Human REsources

With over 30 years of service at St. Barbara’s, Michelle has specialized in many administrative tasks including reviewing job applications from prospective employees, generating reports and maintaining records.  Carrie also began working as an HR representative at St. Barbara’s in 2021 with a primary focus on scheduling.
